Fortunately, our carpentry students made us these nice, curved edges. “Work” the paint back and forth until you can’t see any “thin spots”. We buy a lot of Texture coat and make sure it’s light or dark so everyone can use it, and everyone can see how to spread it on evenly and get a good result.

We always study by painting over a different colour: That way you can see if you don’t have even coverage. (And you won’t be called back to fix it.)
