Course Overview:
The Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management reflects the role of individuals who are engaged to manage the work of others or to add value to or review management practices. Knowledge and skills in a range of business contexts will be taught throughout the course so that students can lead, inspire and succeed as a leader/manager. The skills gained will allow students access to a wide range of management employment opportunities, entrepreneurial endeavours, and further educational options.
Students study in BUSINESS CLASS at no extra expense: comfortable chairs, boardroom and free WiFi. Our business course is unique: it is taught by active business owners who support each individual student to create the specific, detailed strategies they need to be successful in their business activities.
Course Description:
The Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management course is assessed through written & oral assessments, case studies, presentations and assignments.
The course is delivered over 48 study weeks
Students study 2 units across an eight week term then have a 2 week “Research Break”.
We offer intakes every week except holiday and Research Break weeks.
Upon successful completion of this qualification students will be eligible for a BSB51915 Diploma of Leadership and Management.

Key Days:
- Wednesday Morning 2 Hour Foundations Lecture
- (9am-11am) + 1 Hour tutorial (11am-12pm).
- Wednesday Afternoon 1 Hour Focused Learning Lecture
- (1pm-2pm) + 2 Hour tutorial (2pm-4pm). Friday Morning 2 Hour Foundations Lecture
- (9am-11am) + 1 Hour tutorial (11am-12pm).
- Friday Afternoon 1 Hour Focused Learning Lecture
- (1pm-2pm) + 2 Hour tutorial (2pm-4pm).
Intake:
Every week except holiday and Research Break weeks.
International student entry requirements for this course:
It’s a requirement for enrolment and for the grant of a student visa that students establish their English language proficiency. How you can do this depends on your passport and Education Sector, which determine your Assessment Level. Some levels can use the ACADEMIQUE test (80% or above, only available at ACADEMIQUE) to establish their competence. Other levels need IELTS 5.5 or equal (or higher) or certified proof of successful Foundation, Certificate IV or higher studies.
