In the HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT landscape there is an increasing need for strategic as well as operational advice.
While there is still a need to provide traditional HR advice in policy, guidance and coaching, other focus areas such as performance management, facilitation and strategic recruitment are relevant.
The CENTRE FOR HRM EXCELLENCE sees its role as providing basic Human Resource Management advice through its regular postings and answering questions from the business community freely. An area of particular interest is helping to develop strategically trained leaders.
If you are interested in HRM, apply to join the Centre. (It’s free, and you will receive a certificate. To maintain your membership all you have to do is participate in our blog.)
